"Finders Keepers" is an anagram for "Peskier Fenders". Another vehicular murderer?
Yes, well love this. Iam looking forward to it.
I know you were, just teasing back a little. But to be fair, it was SK who spoilered it in his tweet!
< Tears of JOY!
Great news. I like Det. Hodges, good character.
You have read it? Do you mean the second installment? It's already written?
Stephen King never sleeps!! Seriously, such a great author to be a fan of, the work rate is incredible.
I was hoping for this since I first read the ARC!
Me too. I kept thinking what are Holly and Jerome going to do now that will ever be as exciting and interesting as this?!
To elaborate (sort of): What I posted was NOT a spoiler…but if I explained why, that WOULD be. Trust me.
Knowing King, the whole damn trilogy is probably already written!
It's like Steve made a deal with the .....GASP! .... DeviL!!!!
I am so thrilled. I really loved this book, so good!
Awesome! I shouldn't be anywhere near this thread - I haven't even bought the book yet.
I liked the three mains (my mind immediately cast Russell Crowe, Amanda Plummer, and Donald Glover-lol). Kind of iffy on the dreaded trilogy, but if anyone can pull it off successfully, it would be Mr. King.
I THOUGHT THE EXACT SAME THING.
Through my excitement, though. But come on!!! I didn't think Jerome was going to make it!
Will it be a storyline trilogy like LOTR or Foundation? or are only the characters carried over like in a detective series? Does Mr Mercedes have an ending or was it left open? I just started it this morning so now I'm wondering if I should hold up and wait for the next books. I don't have the greatest memory... if it takes SK more than a year to continue the story, I'll have to read Mr Mercedes again before I read the second book
I wonder if SK's been brainstorming with Ridley Pearson-they're band mates, right? Hodges reminds me a little of Lou Boldt.
Read Mr. Mercedes now, then reread it when the second one comes out.
