I'm really glad this came up because I had missed how the "tartar" thing had first started...
"Tartar" and Triple O... that does sound about right.Mayhap the answer lies with Out of Order
Exactly. But we (well, obviously not ”we” - rather ”they”) all want an easy explanation and someone to blame. Be it Marilyn Manson or Stephen King.No one talks about mental health, which has been the case in many of these tragedies.
...usually tartar starts as a result of not brushing & flossing enough...so there is OoO's problem: poor dental hygiene...I'm really glad this came up because I had missed how the "tartar" thing had first started...
Yep, that sounds a bit more charitable than what I was thinking, so lets go with this......usually tartar starts as a result of not brushing & flossing enough...so there is OoO's problem: poor dental hygiene...
...yessir, and that embarrassing feminine odor....Wait now...what's happening? Is Stephen King being blamed for people not flossing?
I know what you mean. I've never liked true crime stories yet I've always been a serial killer. What we like and what we do are two entirely different things. I like reading true crime stories occasionally, but I haven't felt any urges to become a serial killer!
The underlined is precisely why for "journalists" to betray the public trust by ignoring ethical boundaries is imho criminal itself or should be.Although the news article did mention John LaDue's taste in music, film and literature it also said....
If his Facebook page is any indicator, LaDue is partial to the dark side, and he "likes" assault rifles: the AK-101, Heckler & Koch SL8 and Steyr TMP.
and went on...
The teen idolized and studied the shooters responsible for the 1999 massacre at Columbine High School in Colorado, according to a statement of probable cause. He allegedly told police that he wanted to carry out his attack on April 20, the anniversary of the massacre, but that April 20 this year was Easter and school was not in session.
So to be fair this news report did not, in my opinion, blame his planned "crazy behaviour" solely on his choice of listening, reading or viewing material.
However, if the "establishment" did come to believe that premise, (that minds can be warped by the material we read ), then SKMB members would be in big trouble.
We'd all be rounded up, and "committed", to protect the public from our possible atrocities !
And for me peeing my pants. No, really....yessir, and that embarrassing feminine odor....
Tartar starts when autocorrect misinterprets what you've actually typed when you meant to type "avatar"....usually tartar starts as a result of not brushing & flossing enough...so there is OoO's problem: poor dental hygiene...

LOL. I would think more of a "cereal" killer in your case. This is meant for Blunthead by the way.
