Yes, it satisfies my penchant for history and mystery. I discovered all my lines went back beyond the 1800's in the US and some beyond whitey. I discovered way too much war all the way back to the battle of Hastings.

Procision matters in the conveyence of ideas. When there is a jarring "than" for "then" it takes one out of the moment.

3. Does the idea of meeting a favorite celebrity make you feel anxious? If so, why do you think it does? If not, why not?
Yes, but only if the celebrity is an author because I fear an embaressing hero worship. I also fear that I nor they may be as interesting as I think we are.

More than the known. The unknown can be anything. Think of your worst nightmare. The unknown could be it.

Two cats, Eli and Walter, and then theres Augie doggy.

I do because I'm not stupid. I know my life wouldn't be worth living without the ones I love.

I believe they have one many of us lose as we grow up and that is the ability to love with unbridled and reckless abandon, which is the exact way to do it.

I like the scent of pumpkin burned by one but it's not a scented candle. I like the ones close to the smell of mountain firs. None quite make it but I appreciate the effort.

What a wonderful world it would be... so yes. I don't follow it as often as I would like.

I diagnose myself to the extent that I say I've had worse. When I haven't I go to the Doc. Not OCD though.

I have not used the site, because an aunt spent loads of time researching our family back in the '70s. My grandfather's ancestors fled Spain in the 15th century to escape the Inquisition.

It matters to me if I'm reading something and become distracted by poor grammar that isn't attributed to an uneducated character. But if I'm speaking to someone in person and they're using improper grammar, it doesn't bother me (unless I dislike them, and then I privately gloat).

Yes! It makes me anxious to think that they are not really going to behave like my best friend and kindred spirit, and then all of my imaginary conversations with them will have to be reworked.

No - I fear the known.

I have two miniature dachshunds, one male and one female.

YES. Part of it is because of the way I was raised, and sometimes it makes me happy to see others happy, even if it's at my own expense. Other times, I kick myself in the butt for feeling like a martyr when I brought that sh*t on myself.

Yes, I think they are able to sense emotions in people. When I'm sad (not crying sad, but just blue) they'll come up and comfort me. If they are on my nerves, and I'm angry at them and not giving them attention, they crap on the kitchen floor and look at me like, "I know what you're thinking, and here's what I think of that."

I love scented candles! However, most of them give me headaches. My favorite scent is the old-fashioned vanilla candle, the ones they used to sell in the '70s. Not the strong, "French Vanilla" scent of today, which is too strong and sweet. I also like Eucalyptus, and Lemon, and Pine/Woodsy scents.

Yes, absolutely.

Daily. Based on my Google searches, I have several autoimmune disorders, IBS, probable kidney problems, PTSD, and probable gallbladder issues. (I've been extensively tested in the past year, and only really have IBS.)

If they ever call the human resources manager into our division, we're all screwed. Most of the conversations topics we discuss throughout the day would be enough to get most of us suspended. You would think the two ladies that work in our division would even things out a bit, but they are the ones that usually make all of us blush..lol. Our Captain had declared all of us crazy and just doesn't come around unless he has to for fear of hearing a conversation he might have to give a deposition on later...lol

Having been raised by two people obsessed with the English language, yes, it does; not so much in verbal communication, though. And when I'm texting, anything goes. I have pet peeves: "less" instead of "fewer" is a biggie (suggesting I'm constantly miserable). Punctuation matters to me a little less, since I think it's quite difficult to get right at times.

I'm not sure why, except it's probably due to growing up with many movie and TV idols who probably meant too much to me. It's difficult for me to see them as (maybe I don't want them to be) human.

8. Do you like scented candles? If so, which fragrances? Yes. I like all kinds of fragrances, but would probably choose vanilla first. Also, I like candles anyway; maybe they give me a sense of connection with the distant past.

No, never. All i know about my ancestors come from my parents and grandparents. But there is probably the usual mix of good and bad.

Depends on the others. I tend to speak up when something is wrong. A little selfishness is healthy, to much is not good for the character.

Yes, i do. Some have much better senses, both fragrances, taste, sight, and hearing, then we do. They also have a sense of orientation that we have lost if we ever had it.

I think that rule only works among people that have accepted it on both sides. I think it might be seen as weakness on the side of those who haven't accepted it. But it is a good rule as far as it goes.
