There is also a online game named Snood. I used to play it all the time.
This is what I think of when I hear 'snood':
When I hear "snood" I get scared because I live alone.
If we bring the snood, we should also have the muff.

And that's what I was giving a thumbs up for! I worked at a state park for eight years and we had re-enactors who dressed in 19th century period clothing. A lot of the girls wore snoods.

They make me think of Little Women, and I love that book and the June Allyson movie beyond reason. My girls were waitstaff for a friend's daughter's Renaissance themed wedding & they both wore snoods with their costumes (I snitched one directly afterward--lol)
