Are you double-jointed anywhere, to any extent? If so, what?
No. A single joint at a time is all I can handle.

Toilet paper - over or under?
Prefer the wet wipes.

What is your most dreaded consequence of getting older?
Dying last.

Have you excelled at any sport?
If so, which one(s)?
Always loved football but it didn't love me.

Have you changed your mind on any foundational principal beliefs since you were a kid? If so, which one(s)?
Found out grownups were just old kids.

How do you dry your clothes?
By degrees.

Do you physically hurt from anything right now?
Nope.

Have you ever been at risk of death, and if so, did it change you?
Many times. It didn't change me but it changed my drawers.

You have one book to suggest that I read. What is it?
Something Wicked This Way Comes.

And... in previous surveys, you've been asked about favorite SK stories and what character you identify with. But....
What is your favorite character, good or bad, in the SK books you've read? And why?
Andy Dufrane. He never gave up. Punch them in the nuts on the way down is my motto.

I guess because, I came to understand any great power can be perverted and sometimes you need to make a choice. And no matter what choices you make, you will fail.

Have you ever had a nickname, and what is it?

Grandfather called me Chub. (He nicknamed everyone, and I was a chubby kid.) When I was working at a home improvement store right after active duty in the Marines, I was a little bulked up and moved the timbers and stones around, and some of the co-workers called me "Baby Hulk."

Do you have any personal superstitions or quirks? If so, what are they?

If I say, "I'm going to/not going to do" something, I'm positive I'll be proven wrong.

What's your favorite type of foreign food?

Sushi. I had a seafood chowder in Ireland once that was just this side of heaven.

What's your favorite family recipe?

Some ones that I started. Chili or Mexican lasagna.

Is there anything you wish would come back into fashion?

Kids playing outside with friends.

Would you rather trade intelligence for looks or looks for intelligence?

Looks for intelligence. I've gotten by without looks. It can be done. I'm not so confident about getting by without intelligence.

Have you ever had a secret admirer?

How would I know? I've had people express admiration for me when I had no clue they felt that way. Not sure if that qualifies, though, as "secret" admirer, since they expressed it.

If you had a warning label, what would yours say?

"Due to dry humor, his statements are not always as they seem."

What is one thing you will never do again?

Freestyle rock climbing. (And now I'm feeling a bit of dread - refer back to the second question.)

What would you sing at Karaoke night?

I've bellowed "Whipping Post," and my son and I rocked a duet of "Comfortably Numb." I could do those again.

Good one, Sunny!!!

Have you ever had a nickname, and what is it? Yes, "ghost" and "Shania" a customization from my co-workers on my real name "Shannon". Their logic being since "Shannon" is a girl's name anyway, we might as well change it to something prettier.....and of course it stuck like glue.

Do you have any personal superstitions or quirks? If so, what are they? Murphy's Law is not a law, it's an absolute truth to the universe.

What's your favorite type of foreign food? Mexican

What's your favorite family recipe? My wife's mashed potatoes, not sure what she does, but I'd rather have them than any restaurant's mashed potatoes.

Is there anything you wish would come back into fashion? Parachute pants and Members Only jackets, maybe? It's the last time I can remember being in style.

Would you rather trade intelligence for looks or looks for intelligence? I have no looks and very little intelligence, so trading might be dangerous unless I savvy drooling on myself on a more constant basis.

Have you ever had a secret admirer? Not that I know of, but I've been one to a couple of ladies back in my youth.

If you had a warning label, what would yours say? "Don't bother the bear when he's reading."

What is one thing you will never do again? Work in law enforcement, if I ever make it out.

What would you sing at Karaoke night? I think my singing voice is illegal in most states, and if it isn't, it should be.

Do you have any personal superstitions or quirks? If so, what are they? I put too much faith in my dreams - especially the ones that eventually point to a truth.

What's your favorite type of foreign food? Chinese - hot & sour soup and lo mein

What's your favorite family recipe? My Granny's stuffed bell peppers and Pop's Italian Spinach

Is there anything you wish would come back into fashion? Leg warmers, cut off sweatshirts and big hair

Would you rather trade intelligence for looks or looks for intelligence? Ish, can I say neither - a good mix of each would be splendid

Have you ever had a secret admirer? Yes, the Ogre for months before he made that brave first move from "friend" to "lover"

If you had a warning label, what would yours say? Prone to bouts of crazy

What is one thing you will never do again? Let work take priority over family.
