1. What is the oldest thing you own?
An antique secretary. We replaced the glass in the door but other than that, it is all original. It has the date written on the back, but I do not remember exactly what it is. Around 1915, though. My husband has some poison bottles and other antique bottles from the 1880s.
2. What durable good did you acquire most recently? ("Durable good" meaning something you use, like a car, computer, or shirt, not something you consume, like groceries, alcohol, or toner cartridge.)
The last thing I bought myself were some books. Most of my shopping is of the consumable kind.
3. How often do you pray? (If you don't pray, the answer is "zero.")
Daily
4. Rate from 0 to 10 what you look for in a massage, 0 being you doan get no steenkeen massage, 10 being a massage that calls for a pretty fair level of pain.
I've never had a massage. Where do I sign up?
5. If you were isolated without real human contact, would you get by okay or get crushed by loneliness?
I would be ok for a short time but would soon be crushed by loneliness.
6. Would things run better if you were in charge? ("Things" can be anything you want where you're not in charge now.)
I do not relish being in charge. I am much better if given a set list of tasks to methodically work through.
7. Would it bother you if your offspring took up with someone of a different race? (If you don't have offspring, pretend.)
No. My only concern in this area is that ny kids are happy.
8. You've just won the big money prize. Your checking account just increased by millions. After the celebration, what's the first thing of real value that you spend money on?
A bigger house. We have outgrown this one.
9. Do you tend more to want to be completely comfortable or do you think that a little suffering is goodfor the soul?
Comfort is great, but to truly appreciate being comfortable, I think a little suffering is necessary. You only learn to treasure the good by coming through the bad.
10. Would you like to travel inspace?
No thank you. The sights would be amazing, I'm sure. But I am a feet on the ground kind of person.
