We are out of the path of Joaquin now, and the Nor'easter is also not bringing us as much as they were saying originally, but it is a pretty crappy and dreary day. So, I wore bright red to the office today to help brighten things up!

Morning all.
It is raining here this morning, so no hunting happening til later. They didn't go last night. So we are going to go ahead and butcher the two deer this morning.
Brandon has his ultrasound this morning, in just a few minutes. He also sat down with a lawyer yesterday, and she sounds very good and his counter offer/suit/ whatever it is called looks really great. She thinks it can all be worked out around a table rather than a courtroom, based on all the documentation he had showing he is very much involved physically, emotionally and financially for RJ. He was also advised to not slow his closing on the house, because that looks good for him as well. So! He closes next Thursday.
Hopefully it all works out. Thank you for all the good vibes and thoughts. We are not all settled with it yet, but things sure look brighter today than the last few weeks.
I need to get my behind into the kitchen and get to packaging meat. Love you all, have a great weekend! Big hugs and positive vibes to all.
