Do you find that low/or sudden changes in barometric pressure triggers the condition? May the treatment correct the situation.

I do get sinus headaches occasionally when a low pressure front comes in but that doesn't cause the BPPV for me. I have no idea what triggered it this time but turned over in bed Saturday morning and the spinning began. Made the mistake of trying to do one of the at-home maneuvers and ended up having to get to the bathroom with dry heaves. I've been drinking more fluids the past couple of days and I think that has helped.

This happened to me a few times a while ago - my doctor gave me a prescription for these:

I took them for a while and it helped and it hasn't happened since - maybe ask about it?
