Thanks everyone, for the good wishes!

I just heard back from a nurse at the dr office. The markers were negative for lupus and RA. She said one of the markers was elevated, so that means I have inflammation going on, but no infections. So, that is 99% good news, I will take it.

She asked if I wanted to make an appointment to talk everything over with the doctor but I said we had talked about it during my visit last week and I was to just keep her posted on pain levels, since right now it responds ok to OTC meds. Most of the time, anyway.

That is a pretty big weight off.

I ate "scampi" which turns out to be shrimp sauteed in butter and garlic - I took a small break from my calorie counting since I had done an extra hard workout at the gym today after work.

I thought that was just Andy's way of saying the word 'shrimp'. He calls eggplant aubergine, zucchini courgette, red pepper is capsicum etc.

Oh yum y'all - pepper steak! scampi! I know them both very well.

Grease sing along was amazing fun last night. I was running so late because of work that I didn't get to dress up. But lots of people did. Couples even. How to convince Ogre to dress up like Danny or Kenickie next year. I forgot about ChaCha. I would dress like ChaCha. I didn't think I would sing but I totally did. Everyone except the kids sang. Great fun. Glad I went. Had four 13 year old girls in the house last night. Didn't hear a peep out of them. Did they sneak out or did I sleep that hard or were they really that good? Got to make birthday pancakes.
