I was having this really cool dream this morning in which I was in a house, right on a rocky beach, with huge windows in a downstairs living room. They were made of some kind of reinforced glass, and there was a huge storm with waves breaking right up on them. I was sitting there enjoying this (it was incredible, and I want that house!) then I woke up, and we're in 20-foot seas. Now I'm under house arrest, not permitted on deck.
The view from the wheelhouse, though, is pretty impressive, and once in a while one of those huge waves breaks right over the top of us.

I just have a little time to pop in here before we are starting to give presents to each other and before board is closed for the
holiday. Been a wonderful winter weather until 3 pm when we arrived to church, then it started to snow. And it's mixed with rain so
now probably most of the snow melt again. But we got at least a White Christmas eve so I am not complaining. Been a great day so far.
Oh @not_nadine your puppy is adorable. Give her a kiss and hug from me.

We're back? Yay! I hope everybody had a great holiday!
I was able to pick my chunky grand daughter up yesterday! She didn't quite know what to think of grandmom picking her up again! Yeah for the little things I can do again!

We had an eventful week, after getting home, had Christmas dinner, then Ty's birthday the 26th and Alison's yesterday. Nothing like piling on the birthday cake after cookies and fudge and pie and....
Trying to get my house back in order and just rest up. I am very much looking forward to tomorrow, it's trash day and no one thought to roll our little dumpster out last week when we were gone so it is full to the brim and I have boxes and wrapping paper stashed downstairs until we can take them out tomorrow, after it's dumped.
