It was just a few weeks that you werent able to not see grass. At least in spots. And it never stayed covered for long. Actually is rather green in colour in spite of winter. Usually it loses most of its green colour and turn to brown because its covered i guess but now it had enough sun to stay at least reasonable green.

We've had a very cold winter and the problem is the snow just keeps on coming and coming.
With this being the beginning of March, hopefully (*Crosses fingers*) we've seen the last of the snow.
But, enjoy spring weather coming! :)

You know you gals her on the board that has been swooning over the guy that plays Jamie in Outlander, the Tvseries based on Gabaldon. I found it on a site and watched the first 4 episodes. Probably watch the rest. But is he really swoon-material? I'm glad to have seen it anyway even if i never imagined Dougal as bald. All this talk in the book of how alike they were he and jamie with red hair and so on. Any trace of that is gone.

You -really-shouldn't call a kilt a skirt when you've got a Scotsman on the board.

I love the show. That's what made me started reading the books :)
To answer your question, Kurben: I think Sam Heughan is very swoon-material (but that's just me!;;D)

No, I heartily agree with that sentiment even if it does make me come across sounding like a cougar. Just for the record, I can appreciate his swooniness without inserting myself into the equation if you know what I mean.

Last night DD #1 was so horrible that wine wouldn't cut it. A shot of whiskey was required (me, not her--that would be illegal :D) to save her life and keep me from saying things that might be unforgivable. Good thoughts that today will be a better one, please? There is a reason mother birds toss their kids out of the nest (lol). They don't have alcohol.
Whew - it takes a lot to make me go all whiskey bent! Detachment sister. It is Lent, after all.

Girl, I blame the entire month of October on DD#1. I'll take a houseful of toddlers any day to a young adult who won't listen to reasonable advice. Drink up.
Sometimes children are the best excuse to imbibe. Hm, I think I'll have that printed up on t-shirts and sell them at the next PTA meeting at the local school!! ;;D=D

Nah, I liked him in the book far more than on the TV show.
