After waking up to a rough start (neighbor's new pup. Yes. He got a new one. Ugh) Tall Guy took me into Baton Rouge to get me out of the house and find a new place to eat. Restaurants out here in the stix are few and quickly become boring. We found a Greek place that was pretty amazing. Everything was fresh and wonderful. Then he took me to Hobby Lobby and bought me some new brushes and some paint thinner. I'm easy to please. So I'm in a much better mood.

Things still aren't looking much better in Paris, though. That horrid sunset is gone, but now it's blank. I've watched a few sky tutorials so hopefully, there will appear a presentable sky for the Eiffel tower to stand proudly in front of. Kid n Cat are waiting patiently.

This is for pet owners. I understand that people should clean up after potty.

But this?

You have make an apt to bring you dog to the office. This will cost $40.00 per dog.
They will take a DNA sample from your dog and put it into a registry.

They will perform tests on any uncollected poop, find the owner and you get charged $125.00
If it happens again - 200 bucks. If you don't pay fine - Eviction. If you don't register your pet - eviction.

There is not even a poopie problem here!

Call whatever government agency handles Landlord and Tenant problems. Get an answer from those in the know. I would not trust the management people.

That's the place! I hiked all the way out to that rock formation that is above and to the left of the Falls. It's called the Castle. There was absolutely no snow there today but the water sure was gushing down!

I wouldn't do it. They'd have to start eviction proceedings, during which I'd appeal the legality of the whole mess.
