I suppose washing the garbage bin makes sense if you had stuff in it that smelt bad or was attracting flies and stuff. But all you have to do is hose it out. This lady I saw was shampooing the top of it like she had some soap detergent going and she was scrubing it.

They actually offered this as a service in my city - I think there was something fishy going on, as the guy who owns the bin washing service is the mayor's brother!

The lady that used to live in the house next to us moved out rather abruptly (not even a goodbye) and this old couple moved in practically over night. My mom caught the woman peeking through the fence at her with kind of a weird look on her face, she said she's really shady looking. In the two weeks that they've lived there we haven't gotten one glimpse of the man, I saw his truck pull up but never saw him get out and the truck looks like something a serial killer would drive, it even has tinted windows. Plus there are weird banging noises coming from the house at night. They remind me of the Klopecks from that Tom Hanks movie The 'burbs.

oh he has the rapist van,. I hate those, they scare the crap out of me, at least this one has windows

I can kind of see it but if you use a garbage bag then why wash the bin? and how do you wash a large garbage bin, crawl into it

She had it tilted on the fence and had sponge with soap suds stuff in a plastic bucket and she had a hose nearby. She looked like anal type. Surly looking mouth.

On one side of my house I have the really nice neighbor me and my family are good friends with, on the other side we have the neighbors that refuse to talk to us, don't know how to keep their dogs from getting in other people's yards, and throw really loud parties all the time.
