Maybe she's a germophobe.

The lady that used to live in the house next to us moved out rather abruptly (not even a goodbye) and this old couple moved in practically over night. My mom caught the woman peeking through the fence at her with kind of a weird look on her face, she said she's really shady looking. In the two weeks that they've lived there we haven't gotten one glimpse of the man, I saw his truck pull up but never saw him get out and the truck looks like something a serial killer would drive, it even has tinted windows. Plus there are weird banging noises coming from the house at night. They remind me of the Klopecks from that Tom Hanks movie The 'burbs.

They actually offered this as a service in my city - I think there was something fishy going on, as the guy who owns the bin washing service is the mayor's brother!
But no potential serial killersOn one side of my house I have the really nice neighbor me and my family are good friends with, on the other side we have the neighbors that refuse to talk to us, don't know how to keep their dogs from getting in other people's yards, and throw really loud parties all the time.
Well - you got that going for you! (As Bill Murray said in Caddyshack)But no potential serial killers
