...only that I hope Oliver doesn't ride around with no shirt on, on the back of a bear too....not helpful a'tall, but this stuff worries me....Anyone watching this 4 part show where Oliver Stone interviews Putin?

Having only seen the previews (not sure if longer clips are circulating online) it looks like a snorefest.Anyone watching this 4 part show where Oliver Stone interviews Putin?

Probably not especially after watching Oliver Stone's interview about this on The Late Show. I didn't get the impression there was going to be much in the way of objective reporting.Anyone watching this 4 part show where Oliver Stone interviews Putin?

Not sure about that, but his excuses for and gushing over Putin didn't inspire any confidence that he would not give a biased accounting. Is Stone a Trump-eteer? I know nothing of his political leanings. I won't be watching it as I despise Putin, always have so my dislike has nothing to do with the election connection.

I missed that one.Didn't he gush over Hugo Chavez too?
I don't agree with one thing, I think he does ask hard questions. Again, he just doesn't push and he totally accepts the answer without too many follow up questions.
I haven't seen any of these interviews (no Showtime), but you're absolutely right about Putin being very, very smart. We take him as a joke to our very great detriment.Part 2
Putin. Interesting guy. Smart guy.
Even he says, when speaking about the then upcoming election, that you cannot take campaign promises at their word.
Unfortunately less than half of the US voters, and the electoral college, believed the campaign promises Trump made. Putin is smarter than those people in knowing it's all sleight of hand. We've been played and Putin is reaping the rewards.
Stone is actually doing an okay job. Asking hard questions, but not pushing too hard. Maybe for fear the interview would be cut off.
