The Spooky Elevator

It was a bit awkward today when, for the first time, i shared the elevator with someone else. It was, of course, a father and his little daughter. I did not say anything. Seemed inappropriate to say be a good girl or something then. They went of at floor 4 and of course the door refused. So i whispered be a good girl to her (the elevator, not the girl). I just hope they didn't hear. Anyway it started working again.

Well, ok then, it's not just you.

Had to use the stairs today. I went in, talked to it and was very supportive. It refused. I pressed all the buttons and they lighted up but she didn't move a muscle. I went up, seven stairs and they might do good for some exercise but sometimes you're not in the mood. When i reached the top floor where i live. What do i hear. The elavator started going up. She is trying to drive me crazy!! We have laws how to divorce a wife but how do you divorce an elevator? Grrr

I think she might be having her period. Best leave her alone for a while and take the stairs.

We dont have security here. We have a codekey that opens the maindoor to the building but otherwise security around houses doesn't exist if you aren't royalty or ministers or something. I just have a weird elevator. A very moody one. Sometimes it works and sometimes she just says "i don't want to play" like a little spoiled child. She likes to tease. At the same moment as i put my key in the door to the apartment she started to function again.!!!

Today she behaved. No problems at all. Perhaps we just had to get to know eachother? But it is a little weird.....

I haven't since i couldn't point out that it malfunctions. I could just imagine their looks when i say that it only works when i talk to it and that sometimes it doesn't work until i started up the stairs. Yeah really is what they would say. Thats a good one!

She has behaved this week. As long as i talk to her and is kind to her. Once i forgot to speak to her because she has behaved so well. The doors refused to close. I patted the walls and said: Iknow you are a good girl. Then they closed and no problems. If it really is a poltergeis in the elevator it does'nt seem to mean any harm. It just want to be talked to in a nice and polite way. Strange!!!
