The woods are lovely dark and deep
Turned my head sideways so I would not catch any of your words as I am not ready for them yet. Being away has put us two episodes behind. We viewed epi 2 last night. Can someone explain to me where the working car came from for Daryl and Carol to jump into to 'chase' the other car with people who took Beth??? We were all totally flummoxed. Help would be most appreciated.

They took the car when they fled from Terminus.

Daryl & Carol found it earlier that day and searched it for supplies. In the trunk, Carol found a battery charger. She flipped it on, saw it was working, and closed the trunk before Daryl saw, then said something about keeping the car in mind in case things went bad at the church. After Bob left, apparently Carol slipped out and went to charge the car battery. When Daryl found her, the car was running. He asked what she was doing, she said, "I don't know," then they saw the car with the cross, jumped in, and gave chase. :)

In other news, I think I need a Walking Dead intervention... ;)

Okay. I just finished watching last night's episode. And I hated it. They're trying their hardest, but no matter how interesting they try to make Beth, the actress just isn't up to it. If they have another "Bethisode" I might have to stop watching until they get back to the good stuff.

My first thought was that this is not a Walking Dead episode. At all. If this had been the first one I ever saw, it would have been the last. It was boring and poorly acted (by beth). It was poorly written with too many plot holes. How does Dawn hold them all together? Why don't the others just cap her arse and take over? What's the greater agenda, here? There has to be one, because if what we saw is all there is to it, they really, REALLY dropped the ball. It was just a crappy episode. The only thing that was interesting in the least was seeing Carol.

I hope Noah does join up with our group. When Morgan catches up, Noah can be the son figure that he lost.

Now that you have taken the trouble to 'esplain; bits and pieces come back. We also had a couple of seconds of freeze frame so that's prolly the essential info that we missed. THANKS!

Morgan's son is dead (his mother bit him). However, it could be Morgan's Uncle.

I thought it was a good episode and I like Beth much more now than I did in the beginning, she has grown both in character and her acting ability as well... I mean she's not Carol, but then she's not meant to be either.

Little side note... the woman that...
had her arm amputated and then turned herself Zombie--effectively killing that ******* mofo'....
... is a Kiwi. :biggrin2:
