I think you're right. I was thinking it was Pauline's locker and escape route but since she didn't need to tunnel under the dome back when she left town, I couldn't put the pieces together.

Ok! :) I'm dying to know where Pauline is! Still keeping my hopes up for a Dark Tower crossover/reference...would love if they could actually travel through "doors"...why else would she paint a picture of a door? Any theories? It's sounds unlikely...but I feel like anything could happen.

Maybe there's a door at the end of the tunnel that leads to alternate realities :) I guess the door in the painting could represent the locker door but I don't really think so.

How many different doors were in the Dark Tower series? Did some lead to alien worlds while others led to places in another time or to the tavern down the street? Could the characters tell the doors apart so they wouldn't end up on Mars when they just wanted to go to the tavern? I really need to read the DT books lol.

There are a lot of doors. The doors lead to many "whens" and "wheres." For example, Roland travels to New York in different whens: 1987, 1964, 1977. Also, the doors lead to alternate universes--like for example, the door can lead to a "different" New York; some aspects might be the same, while other things are different there. Also, there were doors that lead us to Mid-World, like how Callahan and Jake entered Roland's world. Some doors you could tell apart; like how Roland found Eddie and Susannah. Some doors were a leap of faith. You should! DT is amazing! :D I hope that helps!

Hi.

I don't want to look too stoopid here but

Are Julia and Barbie really going to forgive and forget Big Jim? What about Phil who, under Big Jims direction, blew up the fire station that might have maimed or killed people? That snow balled into Carolyn finding Phil checking out the secret stash of food and figured out he had done it. Then he attacked her and held her at knife point while Barbie fought off four/five guys. They didn't want Carolyn or Barbie informing the town what Big Jim had planned.
Are they really going to sweep all that under the rug? Or do they have Phil and other men jailed and setting Big Jim up for a public fall?

Thanks for any info!

Peace.

Good questions! :)
Gosh, I hope they don't just it go! Will be a bit too soon! I hope you're about the latter--setting up Jim for a fall!
