1. What are your two favorite things to order at Subway?
For me: seafood on wheat, for my son: Italian BMT on Italian herbs and cheese

2. Have you ever traveled by train? What was the destination?
Memphis to New Orleans

3. What was the last dream/nightmare you can remember?
I almost always remember my dreams if I think on it as soon as I get up. I was swimming with whales last night.

4. Did you ever have a crush on a teacher? Ew, no

5. Who was the last person that encouraged you? My friend, Donna, gave me a pep talk via text Thursday night. Things are changing big-big where I work, I'm at a crossroads and can't figure out what to do. I needed to hear everything she said. Even though she's nuts.

6. Is there a TV show that you think is overrated? I still have not been able to make it through an episode of The Walking Dead

7. If you saw a pregnant woman smoking and drinking in public would you ignore her or say something? I don't confront people about that kind of thing. It's not a good thing, but who knows? Maybe she gave up heroine and needs a little something? Plus, PSA I've mistakenly assumed someone is pregnant, don't make that mistake.

8. What's your favorite movie theme? I like those movies with everything: laughter, crying, children, death, birth, intensity: what would you call that? If we're talking music from a movie - the first Batman movie had an awesome soundtrack.

9. What's the last object you lost (or that was stolen) that you still miss? I can't think of anything. St. Anthony always helps me find my stuff.

10. What was the last purchase you regretted? The Ogre bought bathroom rugs from Zulilly. Totally wrong color. I don't know what he was thinking.

1. What is your favorite brand of peanut butter?
Just ground peanuts (health food store or WinCo )

2. Have you ever seen a shooting star?
Yep

3. Do you have a credit card you've never used?
Nope. No credit cards at all.

4. Do you like your neighbors?
Meh. I like the people 3 doors down :)

5. What is the biggest attraction in your town/state?
Red rock canyons or the main Mormon temple

6. How old were you when you went to your first funeral?
25, maybe?

7. Have you ever received an awful haircut but didn't tell the hairdresser because you didn't want to hurt their feelings?
Yep. Senior year of high school. Hairstylist was this big whooptedoo--did hair for several celebrities. My haircut was godawful. I cried.

8. What's your favorite John Hughes movie?
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles

9. Do you believe in Bigfoot?
Anything is possible, I guess, but I don't really believe.

10. What is the most afraid you've ever been? (Storm? Car wreck? Missing child?) Someone tried to take my son (when he was 2 or 3) once. I noticed right away that he was gone from beside me, and raised the alarm. It must have freaked her out, because she stuffed him under a clothing rack and told him to stay there until she came back. Must have slipped out before the store locked down. Nothing will ever be that scary to me.

Next scariest: same kid, sisters lost him at Comic Con last year. 10-20k people, 1 10 year old. That was almost as scary, but at least he was old enough to yell if necessary, and smart enough to go to the lost kid station and ask to borrow a phone to call me.

1. What is your favorite brand of peanut butter? Creamy, preferably Peter Pan brand.

2. Have you ever seen a shooting star? Yes.

3. Do you have a credit card you've never used? No, I wish I hadn't ever used any of them.

4. Do you like your neighbors? For the most part. I don't get too close to my neighbors and they seem to want the same. They'd call the fire department if your house was on fire and say howdy across the fence but that's about it. That's fine by me.

5. What is the biggest attraction in your town/state? In my town/area it would probably be the U of A campus, in my state I think probably Mount Magazine or Hot Springs National Park.

6. How old were you when you went to your first funeral? 5

7. Have you ever received an awful haircut but didn't tell the hairdresser because you didn't want to hurt their feelings? Yes

8. What's your favorite John Hughes movie? The Breakfast Club

9. Do you believe in Bigfoot? No, but I wish I did.

10. What is the most afraid you've ever been? (Storm? Car wreck? Missing child?) When a couple of officers I worked with were under fire from a guy with a 7mm rifle. He died, they didn't, a bad day all around but I'm glad they went home that night.

Wow, that is terrifying. I've only heard of that happening on the news but I imagine your core went cold as ice; that's so shocking. Did anyone see her? Store cameras? Thank God he wasn't taken.

Nope, and he was too little to give a good description. "A lady in a green shirt" was the best he could do. They only have cameras on the periphery, and we were smack dab in the center of the store--no visuals. Scariest time ever.
