Soup! And a sandwich! Some tea! The sandwich will have smoked venison on it, mayo, ketchup, cheese. I had two hind-quarters smoked and cut this past season...didn't get them until a couple three weeks ago. Thought Paul forgot about them, misplaced them or something. But I'd called late-January and he assured me things would happen so I told him I'd hold my horses. Previous season I had one hind-quarter smoked and that hooked me. Delicious. My wife is going to Habanearo's, Lisa's birthday, girls' night out, and she said she'd bring me a burrito or something for later on. So I'm batching it tonight. I'll probably drink a beer, too.
