I know !!!!!! - used to drive home from work, pull into the grocery to pick up each new installment and devour the book that night.I just got an email about this. Twenty years?!?! Made me feel old!!
Yep, I picked it up during my lunch break every week.
The Bed Moved (Rebecca Schiff). Short stories (I mean, MICRO short--each 3 pages, maybe) about being a New Yorker. Most of these type of books leave me yawning, but we'll see what happens here 
Boy's Life by Robert McCammon.
Literally magical, at first I thought I wasn't going to like this, it had a stereotypical coming of age vibe to the beginning and now I find myself totally absorbed by the life of Cory Mackenson. Wow. I don't want it to end!!

I read this so long ago, I don't remember the details. I do remember that I LOVED the book! I also enjoyed "Swan Song".
I just finished the last of the "Odd Thomas" novels, by Koontz. The first one was great; the others...hit or miss. Now, I just started "11/22/63".
I liked 1 and 3, but didn't go beyond those. Were the later ones worth reading?
Only if you got hooked on the character. The ending was anti-climactic. But, I wanted to follow it through to the end.
I loved that book. I've yet to read a Gaiman book I didn't like.
American Gods and Anansi Boys were freaking wonderful. I think they are both going to be made into movies by HBO.
I know how that works. Do it myself from time to time. You take care of you too.
