Started 'Denver' by John Dunning. Needed a change from my regular horror/suspense/thriller/detective books. Pretty good so far!

Must say you've really made me want to reread Firestarter, Mr Larry Underwood. Maybe after I finish my reread of Insomnia and Tabby King's books--might be a while LOL. I remember the scene whereis one of King's most cringe-inducing AND funny in a really uncomfortable way.the guy from The Shop dressed in his wife's clothing and stuck his arm in the garbage disposal
kingricefan , Dead Zone is definitely top 10 material for me--absolutely gorgeous.
Just finished, I liked it too, but the ending seemed kind of slapped together. Half way through Pines and The Girl Will all the Gifts.I liked The Never List! Good page-turner, but the conclusion felt flat to me :/ I hope you enjoy it.
I really enjoyed his short stories, particularly Best New Horror. Pop Art seems to be a reader favorite, but I found that one sort of meh. I did hear something about a short animated film being done of it, and I'd like to see that. That's the only Hill book I haven't read! Gonna try to reserve it at the library this week sometime.
I read her newest, Carthage, not long ago, and quite liked it. It seemed like an answer to the third act fail of Gone Girl.Started the Accursed by joyce carol Oates. Gothic-horror romance taking place in 1905. Demons, ghosts and woodrow wilson, Us future president, all play a part.
Yeah, i read it too and had the same reaction. I could do this better she seems to have said to herself and then she went and did it. Carthage is the result.I read her newest, Carthage, not long ago, and quite liked it. It seemed like an answer to the third act fail of Gone Girl.
