I got notified about 6 pm tonight that I'm going to Mexico tomorrow for a day of work on Friday and come back Saturday. Friends say, "Hope you have time to have some fun!" Uh-huh.
At least this time I'll be closer to my own time zone.
General household stuff and then went to the shops. I haven't had a cigarette for about nine days and sometimes I feel a bit anxious and haven't had a drink since last Saturday( that's five days). I think smoking and drinking go hand in hand so if you can kerb one you can put some sort of block on the other.
If you can continue on the path you're on, I'm thinking eventually you'll start feeling better (more healthy) - keep up the good work!General household stuff and then went to the shops. I'll walk home shortly and listen to Talknsport on 2HD while I have something to eat, everyone is picking on the Roosters because we bought Cooper Cronk and they reckon we a crooks. Now they reckon Mitchell Pearce is leaving because he wants to play half-back.
I was listening to this guy on the radio who said he radically cut back on the amount of sugar he consumed in his diet( soft drinks, sugar in coffee, juices, sugarary meals) and after about three weeks he felt really lethargic then all of a sudden his metalobilism really improved and he said he felt like he did when he was in his mid-twenties( I think he was about 54). I think sugar gives you that energy spike but can leave you flat. I think I won't be smoking cigarettes anymore, because I feel better without them.If you can continue on the path you're on, I'm thinking eventually you'll start feeling better (more healthy) - keep up the good work!
Sugar—just say no! It really does help to cut it out.The librarian just said 'Ray Bradbury' to a guy and she said he's the guy that wrote Fahrenheit 451

I'm so jealous! You'll be there for the Dios De los Muertos stuff. Decorations! Music! Parades! Sugar skulls! Please take pictures if you get a chance.
What would that be in honour of? Is it some sort of holiday in NZ?I've somehow injured my wrist, so no work for me today, so going to attempt to do some gardening since it's sunny and warm. Tonight im going to a fireworks display with mum
It's called Guy Fawkes. the actual celebration is meant to be on Sunday, 5 November. So this dude was a member of the Gunpowder Plot tried to blow up the House of Lords in London on 5 November 1605, in order to restore a Catholic head of state. For some reason, we celebrate it by setting off fireworks lol. What would that be in honour of? Is it some sort of holiday in NZ?
I have heard of Guy Fawkes Day - I thought they burned him in effigy on a bonfire (but maybe that was in the ancient past) - I guess things have evolved into fireworks now! It's called Guy Fawkes. the actual celebration is meant to be on Sunday, 5 November. There will be a bonfire at the show, but stores here like The Warehouse which would be the equivalent to Wallmart sell packs of fireworks which are always popular!I have heard of Guy Fawkes Day - I thought they burned him in effigy on a bonfire (but maybe that was in the ancient past) - I guess things have evolved into fireworks now!
