...well yes, it is what fostered my love/lust for real wimmin wit staples in their belly....Hustler, Playboy, Penthouse?
...except I never see Playmate quality stapled ladies, usually fat guys with hairy bellies and a cats rear-end tattooed around their belly-button....That kind of works for you in nursing does it not?
I still have one of those...Don't get me wrong. The internet, e-mail and Skype really are a great thing. I miss having my old flip phone which did nothing but make phone calls.
The articles in those publications are top notch!Hustler, Playboy, Penthouse?

I've thought of at least 3 responses already, but discretion rules today.I only bought them for the recipes.
Me too.I still have one of those...
You can always write to me......I ain't famous or anything, but I'll write back!I'm reviving that in my Writing Personal Notes thread.
I think this is what I miss most of all.....I like talking to peopleCan I group the lost art of actually TALKING to people on the telephone in your thread, arista? Emails and texts have grounded the need for a human voice every once in a while.......
I only have a smartphone so that I can use the square device t accept credit cards.I have a smartphone for work but it gets shut off evenings and weekends. Most of my internet time is spent on books and streaming the odd show or sporting event. In many ways the convenience of being connected as we are, has made us busier than we were before. So much of what we do nowadays is mindless chatter.

Maps
Encylopedias/Dictionaries
Postcards/letters
Schedules (personal/transit)
Photo albums
Yellow Pages/Phonebooks
