Alien From L.A. starring Kathy Ireland. So bad, you despair.

Eragon. That movie sucked in so many ways... Now, I've seen a good amount of "weird" movies, movies a lot of other people don't like or can't understand. I have a pretty wide base of what I'll watch, and what I like. But when it comes to book-to-movie adaptations, I'm a bit of a Puritan. There's great adaptations, like Stand by Me, Green Mile, or Shawshank Redemption. There's decent adaptations, like LOTR. There's bad adaptations, like Dreamcatcher. And then there's a class all by itself, and Eragon is in that class. And that is a class of movies that never should have been made, let alone seen. All IMO, of course.

Quiet Days in Hollywood, starring Hilary Swank, who is the only actor who actually acted in it. In my response to the thread's quest I find it easy not to consider Plan 9 and other B-movie type entries due not to such's inherent budget-caused inferiorities, but to the fact that Quiet Days in Hollywood is just awful.

Titanic....nothing even comes close....
I saw this at the theater with my wife when it was at the peak of popularity. There was an entire club of women who would go see it once a week together while it was still in theaters. They were there that day. In the scene where she lest DiCaprio go and he sinks down into the water. It was stone silent in the theater and I burst out laughing. The club ladies all booed me. I consider it one of my more proud moments.

Yeah it sucks, but the scenes of the boat sinking are pretty spectacular special effects.

Best example of a great director who should just stick to directing. James Cameron is a lousy screenwriter.

The worst I've ever seen was Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets.

Harry Potter is not my thing at all, but I took my kids to see it. I almost lost the will to live and, had I not been there with the kids, I'd have walked out after about 45 minutes!

The second Blair Witch Project was utter crap as well.
