I'd watch it and not say anything. Over time I would develop an unhealthy obsession with the neighbours' wife. During the next block party I'd get drunk and blurt the whole thing out very publicly and start crying. I would then renew my vows out of guilt, not love.
What if the neighbors left it like that on purpose? What if they knew the time index they left the film at, so they'd KNOW if you'd seen it, even briefly? Hmmmm.

How about make dvd copies and mail them to all of the neighbors about a week before the next block party?

What it comes right down to is we're a bunch of book reading nerds. Who knows how much home made porn we've been missing 'cause we always have a book with us and prefer to read.

That's a tough question. If I'd never have to see them again, I'll probably watch it, but that means they won't be my friends, just acquaintances really which means they wouldn't trust me with the keys to their house in the first place, would they? But having to see them afterwards...that would be way too embarrassing.
What I'd like to do is snoop around their books. Now that I don't think I could resist. Or if they have a pet, well then, you can forget about TV, I'd spend my time playing with them.
First thing I'd probably do is ask my neighbour how the [fizz] they'd got my number. 
Then say 'That's a shame. Looks like cancelling him, doesn't it?' 'cause I don't do sitting around other folk's houses while they aren't there. I mean, I could, but mostly they wouldn't like it.
But keeping within the premises of the scenario...I dunno. Is the woman good-looking? Is there even a woman? Are they both/all women?

So I would likely be reading my book too and not play with their TV. However, if so happened and I did turn it on, I would yell "EEEP!" and turn it off. Every time afterward, upon seeing my neighbors, I think my face would turn red. Not because I am a prude, but it's not like i am living next to these type of stars (or am I). Of course, you could really have a strong discussion with your neighbor about leaving that stuff out in the open, who does that?

Most people go through great pains to make their intimate encounters private, but there is a percentage of the population who would "get off" on other people viewing their amateur endeavors.
I wouldn't be surprised if the couple in question had surveillance in place to watch the watcher...and their reaction.
