I have had this song stuck in my head ever since we sang it (in Latin) last Sunday. My gift to you today if I can figure how to upload it from youtube. Can't seem to do it right.. 20 minutes later.. if you are curious, Ave Verum Corpus , by Mozart. The 2:22 one was about the right tempo, but like the words one and pictures. Unusual to sing Latin, but Fun.

(Don’t Fear) The Reaper

Almost clicked the purchase button today. Blue Oyster Cult is playing locally with Foghat in early May. I saw both in concert already, but that was before BÖC came out with (Don’t Fear) The Reaper. I want to go, but only for the connection with the movie The Stand. The wife said she wasn’t interested so I would have to go stag. Still undecided as it seems kinda silly to go just because of one song in a movie.

Emarx, I see have a shot from Bergman's "The Seventh Seal" as you avatar.
That is one of my all-time favorite films.
Did ya ever notice when Death throws-open his shroud, early while on the beach, the actor stumbles ever so slightly, and...the string on the bird-kite is perceptible, also...it goes from night to day to night in the witch burning scene?
When Ed Wood does it he gets razed, when Ingmar Bergman does it he's a genius.
Methinks they both be geniuses.
