This finishes out my Clash run for the week.......
I am learning how to play this on my Ukulele.
Do you like Eddie Vedder's Ukelele Songs? I love 'Sleepless Nights' (with Glen Hansard) off of that one.
The story behind it got to me. Vedder approached Hansard about singing it with him because they'd both recently suffered a loss (death of Vedder's brother and Hansard being dumped by his long-time girlfriend) and he thought Hansard could sing the song believably. Isn't that sad? I'm such a sap--lol.
Stuck in my head since late this afternoon. Depression is a deep, dark cave, my friends, and sometimes it's hard to find your way out. Spread your shining wherever you go--you never know who's looking for light.
