At last contact he was approved for some government help such as SNAP and medical. Approval and actually getting the help appear to be two different scenarios. Many hurdles still in front of him. He was hoping to start up an Ice Cream Truck business for the summer. Contact is sporadic due to cell minutes and in service areas.

I have been missing in action quite a bit myself, so this may have been discussed, but where is Frank???
He and I had a private "exchange" a while back that resulted in a one-day ban. He's logged on occasionally but apparently still not ready to post again although I would have no problem with that as long as the attitude is kept in check.
