That's troubling. Maybe someone who has his address can send a postcard? I think he's mentioned someone sending a book to him. Was it you, Scott? Maybe Morgan?
...he sent ME books, but I think Morgan shipped to him, but bloody damn hell-she's MIA as well...
I've heard from Morgan, not here, but was so glad to hear from her!

This is just my feelings, but I think KRF's feelings were hurt that he didn't get a postcard from the Kon. He seemed to go dark right after that. It may not have a thing to do with it, but it was just an observation I made.

...I hope that's not the case... He never sent me a request for one and as I said I got rid of all addresses so that if I got hacked they wouldn't be available. I would hope he knows me better than that...he's a dear friend and I would never be so callous...

I pulled his last post forward in the Kon thread dated August 5.
I thought maybe that might be it since a thread contributing to the hurt was locked on 8/5.
I think he left before that thread.
Won't know for sure until he comes back. All of this is just guessing on my part.
Just read that and you might be right. I noticed he didn't "like" GNT's response to him. Not that everyone uses the like feature, mind you, but still.
Hope he's okay. The guy is a hoot and a half!! And certainly knows his King stuff and the publishing world.
Hopefully he is still reading and can see that we are missing him.
I really can't image him leaving for that. I believe this is just a miss understanding. I think he had three weeks vacation coming from work. Maybe enjoying family.
