Two weeks again went by and I didn`t post here.
And nobody missed me?

Kidding, kidding, it was sweet to read these posts from and about Misery.
I see I missed some drama here, which is awesome, nobody needs drama in their life, I feel sorry for those affected.
Sending good vibes to everybody.
Me? I`m OK.
Nice day today.
Apart from my right ear STILL ringing a bit from all that guitar noise at the Airbourne concert on Wednesday, it`s the 14th anniversary of my wife and I having our first date. Like it was yesterday, still going strong like ever...

My kiddo and her schoolmates ran some laps in honor of Terry Fox ( man, was she ever proud of making it through 3 laps around the school, which was not easy for a kid ), bought 8 movies for 8 bucks, a book by David Baldacci for $5 ( HB,... 1st/1st), had some super energy for exercising so it was almost 2 hours on the elliptical ( must be the extra love in the air ) , cleaned the house and...well, what more does one want from life?
I`m good, thank you God, let every day I`m alive be half as good as today, you will never hear me complaining.
Hope you all are gonna have a great weekend.
Try to be as happy as you can, in the end, this dream is short and we are not that long around, even if we live to be a hundred...

How is your mom doing?

Thanks for asking.
Not really good.
She can`t walk anymore longer than 10 steps, and even that is hard as heck.
She is taking tons of meds for her heart, HBP, diabetes and I don`t know many other things.
But she is always high in spirts, no matter how much it hurts, she is still giving me pearls of wisdom.
I did and do what I can for her, but ultimately....it`s up to the Big Guy in the Sky.

Not as fast as I want to, but yes, some progress has been made.
It`s just...long, long story and complicated why the book isn`t done yet.
But I hope I`ll finish it next year, I really hope...and hope is a good thing.

Two hours on the elliptical

Wow - you've got me beat - I can manage about 30 minutes a day - good for you!

Yeah, but I`m doing it for a really long time. my body got used to it, good at it...which is not good for burning calories.
I need about 45 minutes now to properly warm up, then I go full throttle.
