I also recommend a family member or friend not associated with the board -- things happen that a board-member contact might be the last to know. My son knows, if something happens to me, he is to contact this board. He isn't a member, I just told him to write to the webmaster contact information.
BTW, "Smelly Pirate Hooker" sounds better... :p

Been thinking about ~Ally~ . Hope all is well for her and baby.

Thank you Spidey. Just popping in very quickly to let you all know my son is here and he's healthy, Alexander Thomas was born Feb 22nd weighing 6lb 13oz. Was a very long and traumatic labour, and that's with planned induction! Everything that could go wrong did go wrong, but the main thing is my baby is fine. Ended up doing an urgent episiotomy on me after they realised no amount of pushing was working, turned out baby was twisted at a bad angle and stuck, he also had the cord wrapped around his neck and wasn't breathing alone at first. Luckily all of the doctors were amazing and took very good care of us both. Was hard being separated for first few hours of his life but we have still bonded perfectly. All of his health checks have came back clear, and I have one very chilled and content baby. I'm still in a lot of pain and having difficulty mobilising/sitting/laying down but he is worth it so I refuse to let it get me down...I'll heal eventually, the main thing is my son is healthy. Will log back in when feeling more with it and share pictures with you all. Thank you for all your good vibes and kind wishes, take care folks.

Might be time for a gentle reminder--- it started on the old ancient MB whenTropical season was in full swing and members had to evacuate. Then nothing......
Buddy system, purely voluntary. Find someone you trust. Let them know a cell, or contact #. Exchange with theirs. That way, they can contact you, or the MB with a heads up. We do worry when members go Todash

I also recommend a family member or friend not associated with the board -- things happen that a board-member contact might be the last to know. My son knows, if something happens to me, he is to contact this board. He isn't a member, I just told him to write to the webmaster contact information.

I just told Cara where to find Scott's number, and gave her the the info for contacting the webmaster here.
