Anyone heard from Holly? I am a little worried about her. She has been worried over her daughter and her husband's job situation. Hope all is ok.

Oh CAT is right.......I haven't seen her in a week or so....Hope all is well.

I had a PM from him asking me to say hello to the gang and that he misses everyone. He's had some family needs to attend to so hasn't been able to visit.

Thanks for the update!

Oh y'all. Thanks for thinking of me. Life has certainly been a bit of a beast. You know how when you're so stressed it feels like there's an electrical current running through your bones? That's me. I fall asleep easily but wake with that horrid sense of dread, and wake way too early - like 4am, just to worry and fret until it's time to get moving. And by then I'm already out of sorts for the whole day. Keep me in your prayers. I'll keep you in mine.

Thanks - you all are so precious to me. I feel a little better already just saying it out loud to my friends here. I've seriously been thinking it's spiritual warfare. My ogre has been gone all week taking care of his ailing father - that's not been helping the feelings of doom. Maybe I can get a grip by morning. It would be so good to waken light hearted.

Try to let some of it out to the universe, it's a big place and can take more of the lions share. You don't need to hold onto all of this yourself.
Give the deep-breathing a go too if you wake early--in through the nose, out through the mouth--long and slow.

We love you kiddo, and will be here whenever you have a need. xox

The deep-breathing really does help. I do it often, especially when I feel like my back's against the wall. I also find something funny on the web and most often that's here which helps a lot too.
