...they are easily/readily available on eBay...figure on spending North of 40 bucks for one, at least.....

Ha! Just ordered one from Amazon for $17.99. I am the Bargain Queen!

Also ordered Jack Torrence, Carrie, and IT figurines. They're a different style from the SK one, but that's ok. They're cool.

I'm justifying this by pointing out (to myself) that I had a leftover balance from a Christmas gift card, and this didn't use even half of it. But still. You people are NOT good for me.

I got sleeping beauties today, thought I'd grabbed 2, for some reason I thought it would be a normal size, should have known better with 2 Kings on board. As usual I bought it from wh smith for half price and they have an exclusive purple cover.

There's no WH Smith near me so I got the normal version. The 'under the dust jacket' picture is really nice on your copy. I like that. Mine has a fox on it but, for some reason, I can't upload a picture to show.

Is the picture you're trying to upload over 1mb? I have lower my camera down to 2 megapixels and then crop it when I upload pictures ro make sure they're under 1mb.

So cool! My Jack should arrive next week, along with Carrie and Pennywise. I'm sure I'll add Danny and Wimpy Wendy posthastily. (Movie Wendy was wimpy IMO. Book Wendy was...confused and codependent as hell, but one tough cookie when the chips went down. Is that a digression from topic? )
