Stephen was awarded the National Medal of Arts at the White House on 9/10/15. You can see the entire awards ceremony below.

In press releases from the White House and the National Endowment for the Arts, it was announced that Stephen is a 2014 recipient of the NEA's National Medal of Arts. He will be honored at a ceremony at the White House on September 10th which will be live streamed at 3 PM EST at WH.gov/Live.

It was formally announced that Stephen will be appearing on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" on September 11th. This is the premiere week for "The Late Show" since the departure of David Letterman. You can read more information about the premiere week guest list  here.

Stephen will be appearing in Cambridge, MA on September 9th in conversation with Lee Child to promote the new Jack Reacher novel, Make Me. Tickets will go on sale 8/11/15 through Harvard Book Store.
