I am not a big fan of Marvel movies, I have to watch all the Marvel movies only because my friend and my dad love them, but I like Iron Man and Thor movies, mostly because they are funny and they have great actors in it. But Guardians of the Galaxy was not so entertaining, not funny enough and unfortunately it has no message (yes, I like to see a message in movies).Am I the only person on Earth who doesn't really like the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies ?
Some are all right, but IMO they are quite forgettable and generic. I like superheroes, I like movies, just doesn't do it for me though.
I kind of like Guardians of the Galaxy. However, just not going to say it was the best Marvel movie like a lot of people have toted..
Jaws. AMC. I guess we wanted the popcorn. I had forgotten how many little things make the movie good. There's just clever little shots here and there and some nicely lined up cinematography. Spielberg has just a masterful eye for the right focus, for off-center shots, for things that accent the narrative.
It was cool to watch nearly 40 (?)(!) years later. A malfunctioning animatronic big gizmo, and the show still carries the heft for today.
Robo Cop
No-one has a right to another's mind body or life yet it happens in so many ways. Glad Robo Cop isn't one we see on the streets... yet...

I like some of the Marvel movies.
I thought the first Blade movie was fantastic. I like Sam Raimi's first Spiderman film. The first Iron Man was pretty good. Not really interested in the whole X-men or Avengers thing.
I re-watched the original recently. I forgot how ultra-violent it was. The red, red kroovy ran all over the screen , my brothers.........
I watched Howl's Moving Castle. It is visually stunning and the story was clever, but some of the choices for voice talent were odd.
Chrsitian Bale??
