I beg your pardon? Here is Out of Order's helpful tip of the day........
Try spraying your discharge chute with either Pam Cooking Oil Spray or a Silicone based spray (like waterproof for your boots perhaps). The sprays make it so the snow and ice won't stick. If there is still a jam-up in the chute you may need a new auger/impeller belt.......

I like those sleep in Jammie days.I broke out the flip flops in honor of the 72 degrees it is here. First sunny day in ages, but tomorrow all ice is set to break loose. I'm so hoping it does. I could do another 4 days of jammies all day long.
Oh the youngsters - why do they want to go out in all that - stay in your jams, drink cocoa, go back to bed.Got a ton of snow yesterday. Today it's sleeting. Roads are a mess and very dangerous. I just talked to our daughter who has her two boys (14 and 5) home as school was cancelled. They're not very happy about the sleet. They want to be ouside sledding and snowboarding but it's too wet and slippery.
I agree! Sounds like my perfect snow day. Of course I'd be reading too.Oh the youngsters - why do they want to go out in all that - stay in your jams, drink cocoa, go back to bed.
Get your couch ready, I'm coming.78F with heat index of 80F. heading to mid 80's this afternoon. 60F tonight. Mostly sunny with a few clouds.
Love four wheel drive - got it in my Jeep (naturally) and hubby's Durango as well. Plus his Durango has the lovely heated seats. If it wasn't such a gas guzzler I would use his vehicle more often. In Winnipeg with all the snow we get I am surprised that not everyone buys four wheel drive vehicles. It seems to me that once you have had it, it's hard to go back to a regular two wheel driveWe're having a nasty snowstorm...leave for a bit come back to four inches of that wet heavy nasty stuff...this is what I get for posting earlier about May...someone heard me and delivered here in December. Had to crank up the snowblower...maybe that's why my hearing isn't what it once was. Not too cold...somewhere around the freezing mark...not cold enough that it is a dry snow. Roads nasty...had it in 4WD trying to climb Bridge hill in Houghton and I was not moving...nice, especially w/the traffic coming down Montezuma.
Sheesh, Spidey has 78...I'm going to go camp in her yard.
