the Mother of Dragons storyline is finally moving forward. (I have not read ahead in the books) I don't think the Lannister's are going to survive in power this season.

the show's very first flashback episode with young Cersei! Also, the last scene was very well-done.
This was a great episode. I've never been a fan of the actor who plays Jon Snow, but he's getting better at his role.
There was a lot going on in this episode in terms of plot points. Curious to see how these pieces play out.

I'm watching, too. Just always a little behind. I spent a lot of time during this last episode trying to explain plots to the oldest, who never watched before this season. I should just hand him my books! Or get the dvds.
This was a much better episode than the disjointed mess from last week. Overall, I this has been a solid season.
Great episode. Probably the best of the year so far. We were certain that
Jon Snow was toast when the White Walker had him and he couldn't find the dragon glass. Thank God(s) for Valyrian Steel!!

That last scene really pissed me off. Why did that happen? That didn't make sense. Why would Jon Snow be voted as Lord Commander and then get killed? Why didn't they kill him before? Was it because he went beyond the wall to bring back the wildlings? Huh? I understand the other Starks being killed off, but that didn't make sense.

I think you answered your own question, Lord. Since that young boy was involved it most definitely had to do with him making the alliance. Hence the use of the word traitor where it happened. You think Stannis is dead as well?
