Surely even Hollywood is not stupid enough to make a sequel. Unless HBO or Netflix gets the rights I would be fine if it never gets attempted again.

Jaws was another film that was better than the book.

I hope they can make this happen and at least try to do it justice.

Showtime did a great job with American Gods. Netflix adapted Gerald's game very well and Hulu did a good job with 11/22/63. Lifetime could probably do a better job than the hack that made the movie.

There has been one movie in history that was better than the book in my opinion. And that movie (again in my opinion) is Jaws.
