Has Stephen King considered doing a sequel to this story?

I read The Colorado Kid, enjoyed it, but despite what King says in the 'Afterward' saying how he is satisfied with the ending, I'm not, and Vince wouldn't be either because Vince says in the story it has to have an end. So, has King ever considered doing a sequel for Hard Case Crime, maybe where...

    Bobby Kennedy.

It was 50 years that Bobby Kennedy was killed recently. I vaguely remember it on the television. I listened to a BBC hour long radio program buy can't find it to put a link up. The program is pretty good.

Ray Wilkins, English Football player, passes away at young age.

He was in the English 1986 World Cup squad. They had a top team and many thought they should have won the tournament. Wilkins was a good player, and one of my favorite players of all time, Gary Lineker, was in the team too. They had a top team.

    The Woman in the Room.

I read this story last night. It is a fantastic short story. I added it to my list of all time favourite short stories. I love how he's standing outside the hospital door and it switches in his thoughts when he buys beer. This story has a personal resonance as well. When you read a story like...

    Trucks

I read this story last Saturday over a few beers. I love this story, which I've read twice in the last month. It's slightly depressing though. I think it is a commentary how humans are slaves to technology and that technology is a danger to the planet. I wish he had given the reader a slight...

What is the best meal/food that you can remember eating?

I was thinking this yesterday. So I've listed three here that I think are the best meals I've ever had, because I was hungry but also it tasted so good. Number 1 is the best meal I've ever had followed by two and three. 1) In 1974 I was with my parents on a trip in England. We were in Yorkshire...

Have you been a victim of 'Rudeness' lately?

I don't know if I'm getting prickly or grumpy or just more on the lookout for examples of rudeness. Yesterday, for example, I was walking along a single lane sidewalk and this guy in one of those motorized buggies for people who can't walk comes zooming in the opposite direction and would have...

    Can anyone help me?

In today's local paper they had a little article about the 'mean streets' of Hamilton, Newcastle, and they had a poster from the 'Mean Street' with De Niro in the centre (black and white drawing) with Harvey Keitel on the right and David Proval on the left, and I can't find it anywhere on the...

Other authors who reference King and/or his works in their books.

I tried to find a thread that dealt with this topic but maybe I missed it. I was reading a book yesterday by an author named Philip Kerr and the book is called A Five Year Plan. Bottom page 61: 'Jesus, Tony, you got more suppose in there than Stephen (expletive) King.'

five members minus two members signed in equals three invisible members.

And also when Muhammad Ali fought Sonny Liston in Lewiston, Maine, and Liston got knocked out by the "Phantom' punch, I want to know if someone was there maybe. May, 1965, that makes 18. I don't want to know, I just had to have an excuse to vent my worry at why there are five members but only...
