That's a cool story. I think animals are a lot smarter than we give them credit for.I may have posted this before. Once, on a spring/summer gray misty day, I saw a crow land on my fence looking up at a tree. There was a sparrows nest in the tree and the two sparrows were freaking out and flying around. That old crow wanted their eggs. One of the sparrows landed in the back alley and picked up some silver tinfoil from a cigarette package and proceeded to shake around it at the crow. He got the crows attention and flew off with the foil, the crow following. I still would not believe that happened unless I saw it with my own eyes. We humans know crows are attracted to shiny objects but how do the sparrows know that? I was gobsmacked.
Maybe the crow was looking for the sparrow to spot him a cig until the 7-11 opened..I may have posted this before. I did get some really cool stuff though. A bluetooth speaker that has color changing lights, a wireless charging station for the phone and tablet, a food saver sealing system, a copy of Full Throttle, and my favorite gift was a pendant necklace that BF made for me with green sea glass and a silver chain.
