I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas, Hanukkah ect..Keep out of trouble and don't drink too much egg nog. 
Oh my lord! I forgot Jordan. He is the quiet, but very lethal webslinger behind the scenes. He has always stepped in and said something at a time I needed to hear it most.Thank you my Deejers!And I want to bounce this right back to you because this place would NOT function without you during the after-hours...! You do the lions share and Tery and I just pick up whatever is left.
Thanks to all of the moderation team, (Marsha & Jordan especially for physically making this place work) it is an absolute pleasure working with you all.
Thank you to all members, you people make this place... and it is such a special message board, I am ever so grateful to Stephen, the team and everyone here for the wonderful relationships I've formed over the years. You all mean so, so much to me.

The past few weeks of having the Board shut down has given the volunteer moderators the opportunity to spend more time with their family and to do other personal activities. This has been a welcome break from their moderating duties and we have, therefore, decided that going forward the Board will continue to be shut down for the weekend. This is a 3-day weekend for me because of the Martin Luther King holiday on Monday so it will not reopen until Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM ET when I am back on duty.
Other changes may be coming in the next year or two in how the Board operates. The moderating team will be discussing how best to do that and will keep you informed as those decisions are made.
Now that the maintenance has been completed, there will be no need to close the Board down for Profile posts and private messages so anyone with those privileges will be able to do so.
