it seems to me that in many of his works, there are bullies or just out right very mean and a$$hole people that eventually gets their comeuppance.

in the "Green Mile, it was mostly Percy Wetmore and Wild Bill.

In "It" it was Henry Bowers.

In "The Stand" it was Ray, the guy who beat up Nick. Although personally I'm not really sure he could count as a bully because he was so thoroughly insane he really had no idea what he was doing.

In "The Shawshank Redemption", it was the Sisters, Captain Hadley, and warden Norton.

In Carrie it was pretty much the entire school. They all got killed and the school (and the entire town in the book) got burned down for it.

So it seems to me that Stephen King hates bullies.

...King it seems, dislikes anyone who would try to exercise untoward control over someone else's life-be it physical, mental, emotional etc.-in other words he looks through life's lens darkly but honestly, and not always do those who deserve their punishment, receive it.....

The Body - Ace Merrill
Oh yeah that's true- whoever ol' Ace is to King must be near to his heart- he's in at least two stories, body and needful, but I wanna say he was in more even than two.. in It, or maybe.. man so many stories lol not sure, maybe I'm mixed up on that , maybe it's another character, but I feel like ace is in a lot of stories, maybe he's using an assumed name, maybe he's changed his jeans for chinos, but he's always got that jacket, and he loves those fast cars, loud and flashy. And of course we all know how he acts
