it seems to me that in many of his works, there are bullies or just out right very mean and a$$hole people that eventually gets their comeuppance.
in the "Green Mile, it was mostly Percy Wetmore and Wild Bill.
In "It" it was Henry Bowers.
In "The Stand" it was Ray, the guy who beat up Nick. Although personally I'm not really sure he could count as a bully because he was so thoroughly insane he really had no idea what he was doing.
In "The Shawshank Redemption", it was the Sisters, Captain Hadley, and warden Norton.
In Carrie it was pretty much the entire school. They all got killed and the school (and the entire town in the book) got burned down for it.
So it seems to me that Stephen King hates bullies.
