The socks look toasty warm and so soft.

I love these socks. The intricate pattern just blows me away that anyone can do this.Socks I made for my daughter for Christmas that I am going to have to completely redo because I messed up the heel (too big). Oh, well, now I'll have something to do for next Christmas! Made a couple mistakes on the front but not as noticeable--maybe the next pair will be better.

Oh don't feel bad (((M))), they look really great! (And it'll be so much easier when you go back to it because of what you've already learned.)Socks I made for my daughter for Christmas that I am going to have to completely redo because I messed up the heel (too big). Oh, well, now I'll have something to do for next Christmas! Made a couple mistakes on the front but not as noticeable--maybe the next pair will be better.

Oh how I know that feeling. It's a matter of tone for me. Two people can be whispering to each other at the same loudness level. One I will hear perfectly because of the pitch of their whisper. I can't remember if it's high tones or low tones I have trouble with. I mostly have trouble in crowds.
ooooh. Groovy. I was starting to wonder if I posted it here and forgot. Nope. *whew*@Lepplady -- I have moved the picture of your bow into the appropriate thread for personal crafts. It's lovely!
My oldest cat Amber thinks I made her the coolest new toy. I've had to take it away from her half a dozen times today. No matter where I put it, she finds it. And she digs through my bags of ribbons and stuff like it's all for her. I have to tie the bags up and keep 'em behind locked doors.HA!!
My first ridiculously frilly bow.
She'll be three this summer. So I'm including a note to mom to be careful about little parts that could break off. They are very nice - how old is she? You are getting awfully proficient with the leopard print glue gun, @Lepplady!
Yup. ExactlyNice job. Are those polymer clay?
Thanks. That's my first one. I'll need to get a new toaster oven before I can make any more clay goodies though. The old one almost burned down the kitchen. LOL!Grommets! Thank you! I knew rivets wasn't quite right but couldn't think of the right word--grommets. I'd seen something a little while back where they had used paper to make the beads and they'd then glued the grommets in to give them the look of Pandora beads. That's what these reminded me of. Again, nice job!
