Sometimes when scripts get leaked they get changed or they have already been changed and that's why they were leaked. Chapter 2 might be grueling to watch though if it's just the adults. In the 1990 version of It the children's portion was way more interesting than the adults section of the film. Hopefully they split it into flashbacks and show some of the more interesting parts we didn't get to see in Chapter One.
I think it was Andy that did mention that there would be Kid flashbacks. I still wanna see the IT baby scene that wasn't included in the first film.

Yes Andy confirmed that they want the kids back for new flashback scenes. The baby scene could very well make its way into Chapter 2. There is still also the extended director's cut for Chapter 1 that is supposed to still be coming.

Thank god. An hour and a half or forty-five minutes of watching them have dinner together would have been dreadful lol.
Was that a long chapter in the book or something? I haven't read that far yet into it. I will be interested in seeing what is done with that Paul Bunyon Statue. I know that supposedly that Statue comes to life. I'm curious how everything will be modernized. I'm sure Richie is gonna be an online podcaster instead of a radio dj, or comedian.

No, what I mean is that if the second part was just with the adults it would be a hard story to swallow because the meat of the story would be gone.

Ahh okie dokie, sorry I misunderstood what you meant. I too am glad that the kids could be back in the 2nd half. I thought they were all wonderful in their parts. It is gonna be interesting to see how it will be modernized for 2016 when it takes place.

i saw a brief trailer it looked so scary and good! im excited for it to come out! i loved this book. i actually just finished it a couple years ago, along with the stand. i think the actors chosen are a good choice. Im anxious to see what they do with the second half.
I believe what you saw was a fan created concept trailer for IT: Chapter 2. I've seen a number of them on YouTube. I'm still in the middle of reading IT for the first time.

How are you enjoying it so far?
I like it so far, haven't read very much yet. Do have to admit, it took me a bit to get through the Stan and his wife chapter. There was alot there. Don't know if she plays anymore of a role in the overall story. Haven't gotten back to it yet, cause I've been working on projects, and I have to do things while they are in my head.

Yeah, me too. My hope is that the Losers' bond is reflected in the actors' chemistry and that it feels genuine. My biggest excitement is for the new adaptation of The Stand. I like IT but I like The Stand more. The characters in both books are so real and are like old friends.
You know it feels real when the reader sheds a few tears. I remember how emotional it was when the Losers had to leave Eddie in the sewers. Heartbreaking. And several things happen in The Stand that always gets to me.
