While out shoveling snow with the neighbors we would do shots of Drambuie to keep warm and feel less miserable. Although standing outside on a still winter night looking at the glow of Christmas lights through gently falling snow can be quite magical. Or maybe it was the booze ::P
You should try Fireball, it'll warm you up all the way to the tips of your toes, trust me.

I started drinking dry red wines. My Dad liked wine. Then, during my years working in a Wisconsin shipyard, started drinking PBR after work like everybody else. I was a beer-drinker for years after that. Then started drinking red wines again. Then decided to try Scotch, drank that for a while, then switched to Irish Whiskey, which, on the rocks with diet Coke, is my current drink of choice. But I'll always be a red wine drinker.

For a fruity drink, I get Fresca and vodka and a little grenadine if you want. Slices of lemon and lime and a big juicy cheery.
Vodka and Fresca? Yikes - I drank that in CFS Alert back in 1992 but if you really wanted to party, go for the Sambuca shots :drunk:
Your version sounds much nicer - at least you get some vitamin C and fresh fruit! :biggrin-new:

Bacon? Interesting garnish for a drink - this one is from Tampa Bay
Do you suppose Spidey drinks these? She's in Florida
Bacon? Yes, bacon goes with everything. I will get one of those next year for sure!

The bacon maple beer tasted smokey, the maple was there at first, but as it warmed up, the maple flavor faded. The smokiness was a little overpowering, and the bacon flavor was faint.
The chocolate, banana, and peanut butter beer was much better.
Maybe save the first beer for around the campfire then?
