Yesterday I went to the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem Massachusetts. And I found this striking piece of art on display. I am told, that the Artist, Anish Kapoor is the person who created Vantablack, the darkest material ever made.
Halo is very large and is hung against a wall near the entrance to the gallery.

By the way - this is my actual ring that I wear all the time now - got it for our 10th anniversary to replace the cursed second hand heirloom ring Andy had given me originally that used to belong to his dead wife
