Yes, I do and isn't it a gorgeous little chapel??
On Route 9 heading into New York state from Jersey, there's a tiny white gabbled church that was for sale....a couple bought it and it's now their residence.... i'm always so jealous when I pass it. They did an amazing job restoring it, it even has the original stained glass windows. I'm also jealous of the churchyard that sits alongside it..... it would be so awesome to sleep through the night without the idiot next door blasting music from their car at 2am when they get home from work. The dead make excellent neighbors!
Thanks Cowboy and kingzeppelin - I thought this was a smilie with a 60's Beatle wig onNeesy can be very naughty at times...that is why we love having her around.
Bits and pieces~
Awww gorgeous, I'm very excited for you all!I return home a few minutes ago and my wife tells me you'll never guess what I almost came home with...pretzels? I guess...she likes the pretzels over at the Drive-Thru Depot. But no, not pretzels. Then I guessed Kentucky Fried Chicken...it's close to supper time and if she'd come home with KFC I'da really been surprised as they closed the local outlet a few months back. So she shows me a picture on her cell phone:
Sounds like we're going to adopt a kitten...tortoise-shell? That's what she said, female. But not for a couple weeks or so. She's only five weeks old. Haven't had a pet for some years now...you get so attached to them and they all have their own personality. Looks like a real cutey.

I know exactly what you mean, we love them heart and soul and it feels like a (physical) kick to the gut (over and over) when we have to say goodbye.Thank you! I'm kinda excited about it, too. We had a cat before...long-haired Himalayan? Looks like a Siamese only w/long hair...her name was Chelsea. Had three dogs and when it was time to say goodbye I cried like a baby...as I had to do Betsy myself...she hated the vet and I couldn't bear to bring her there. December, too...right around Christmas...they live such short happy lives. And it ain't easy to take care of another life knowing that that will happen.
