We only have the one with the big blue roof here......but the thought has crossed my mind.
I am concerned that when it's all over that many clients won't be coming back for whatever reason. Some will decide that they actually like their hair gray, and stop getting coloring services. Others could decide that a six dollar hair cut is fine for them, and a few may even decide they can do it themselves.
I know the governor doesn't realize many of is are self employed, because he keeps saying that he's making it easier for those affected to file for unemployment. I'm choosing to believe he doesn't realize we don't have unemployment benefits, because if he does realize it, he just doesn't care.
(((Sunny))) This is so hard on the self-employed. Do you have folks who schedule ahead? I always do because I'll forget and then 9 weeks out I'm ashamed to go anywhere with my roots showing and scraggly looking hair and I can't get in for a few weeks. My next apt is for April 2nd. I was thinking of mailing my stylist a check anyway - and be her first apt when she opens back up. Maybe others will follow suit. I should text her and see if she's not too shy to send mass text to her existing apts like me and just let them know the struggles small businesses are facing. Don't be shy about that. I bet you'll get a good response.
